About The Event
Organic Sourdough Focaccia and Olive Tapenade Workshop
Join us this spring and learn how to make sourdough focaccia! The class will begin with a refresher on sourdough starter care and maintenance and you will take home your own. From there, you will learn how to mix and fold naturally fermented focaccia and take home your dough to bake. We will also be making a fresh olive tapenade.
At the end of class, the group will enjoy fresh baked focaccia and olive tapenade.
Take home includes an organic sourdough starter with instructions for feeding, dough that you will mix and fold to take home and bake, recipes, and shopping lists.
Bring a glass or ceramic bowl that fits at least 3 quarts of liquid to mix your dough to take home.
2-2.5 hr class
